The exhibition of the EGI Technical Forum will be held at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague in Czech Republic.

Final timings will be announced in due course prior to the event. We kindly ask you to follow the exhibition opening times and to make sure that your booth is staffed at all times. The exhibition area will be available from 15:00 on Monday 17th September for setup.
The exhibition floor at the Technical Forum will feature up to 20 exhibition booths. The booths have an area of six square meters (6m2; 3 x 2m) and nine square meters (9m2; 3 x 3m). Exhibition booths are available for the full duration of the meeting.

An exhibitor badge provides access to the exhibit hall only, coffee breaks and lunches while the exhibition is open. A ticket for gala dinner is not included in the price and should be bought at extra costs.
